Returning an 80% Lower Receiver:
Very rarely, an 80% lower receiver may be manufactured with minor problems. If you notice a defect with the lower you purchased, do not attempt to machine it and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once a lower is partially machined, it may be classified as a firearm under the Gun Control Act of 1968. We cannot accept any returns on any items that may be considered a firearm. If you started the machining process, please stop immediately! If your lower is completed or partially completed and is found to be defective by no fault of your own, we’ll work with you and the manufacturer on your behalf to replace it. Please contact us first at email@example.com. We may ask that you submit some photos of the defect and the lower receiver to confirm the problem and address the current state of the lower. If it is determined that your lower is defective, we will provide you with information on how to legally return it. We cannot accept any lower receiver with any other parts installed on it. Returning an item that is considered a firearm is illegal and unsafe for both parties. Returning a partially machined or complete lower may require destruction in order to make a legal return.
